At SUDU, we are committed to your performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original SUDU packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
